Hire Our Pavilion

Our pavilion is available for hire throughout the year. It's an ideal venue for birthday and engagement parties, anniversaries or any other sorts of functions as our upstairs lounge and balcony has space for up to 100 people. The pavilion has a fully-equipped kitchen, bar area, downstairs toilets and fantastic views of Hagley Oval and the rest of South Hagley Park. The pavilion is located in the north-east corner of the oval, so is bathed in sunshine throughout the day – the perfect viewing spot on match days.

St Albans Cricket Club members are eligible for a 20% discount on the hire fee and, depending on the type of event and number of attendees, the cleaning bond may be waived.

Super Smash home game days

Our function room is available for hire on each of the Super Smash double headers at Hagley Oval this summer. Make your event part of the biggest cricket days in Canterbury, and host your team, staff, clients or guests while enjoying the excitement of Super Smash cricket.
