The executive and committee of the St Albans Cricket Club hope that all club members and the wider St Albans family are safe and well after the weekend's major earthquake and subsequent tremors.
We have heard of a couple of members who have suffered significant property damage and no doubt that there are others who have experienced minor problems, which we are sad to hear about. If there is anything that we as a club can do, for anyone affected, please don't hesitate to make contact.
We are pleased to say that the pavilion and our grassy areas have (to date) suffered no negative effects from the shakes.
Due to effects of the aftershocks there is no training at the CCA indoor facility tonight. Structural engineers need to assess the building but it is expected to alright to use again from next week.
