St's and Lancaster Park travelled to Hagley, all battling to find a park within a reasonable walking distance. LPW won the toss and invited us to bat first. Gibby & Hampo put on 46 for the first wicket, before Iggs joined the skipper and off they went, Hampo brought up a well played 100 and retired tired right away, Iggs hitting 78. RJs first outdoors appearance for a while involved a quick 15 before Mantis (24*) and Wellsy (30*) rounded out the innings. 283/3.
Dowd and McBride opened up with a solid stand of 95, however tight bowling meant they took 22 overs to do so. Dowd first out for a very well made 57. Tim C came and went for 7, followed by Blair. Rich D and Ben batted out the rest of the innings, Park finishing 162/3, McBride 72*. Gibby 2/26 off 8 the best of the bowlers.
