We have the same number of men’s sides as last summer (eight), with the only difference being the loss of last season’s 3C side due to lack of numbers.
To replace this team we have a group of guys who have joined as a complete team and will play in the Cavaliers Twenty20 grade.
The women’s section has taken something of a decline this year, with the club only entering three teams on the adult side of the club.
We did enter four sides, however the players are not sufficient to consistently fill four complete teams. So we have decided to err on the side of caution and play only three for now.
We have the opportunity at Christmas time to enter another team, should the numbers be there and our recruiting is successful.
We extend a warm welcome to all returning members to the club as well as all the newbies who have joined.
